SYNNEX による Minacsグループ買収手続きの完了
フリーモント、カリフォルニア州＆オシャワ、オンタリオ州 – 2016年8月2日 – リーディング・ビジネス・プロセス・サービスカンパニーである SYNNEX Corporation (NYSE: SNX)は、本日、Concentrixの事業セグメントに統合されるMinacsグループの買収手続きが完了したことを発表しました。
新しく統合されたConcentrixは、６大陸の125のデリバリーセンターから、40カ国語以上の言語でお客様にサービスを提供する90,000人以上のスタッフを擁する組織となります。 Concentrixへのブランド変更が完了するまでMinacsは約3ヶ月間、既存のブランド名の下に事業を行います。
